A Personal Note From Michela - “When I read Nexplanon’s brief for “Fantasy Meets Reality”, a smile spread across my face. Dropping dead-serious characters into ironic situations – as seen in Reality Check – is one of my favorite tricks, honed over years directing for Funny or Die and Broadway Video.

My love of genre blending has meant I’ve developed another skill alongside comedy – building cinematic dreamworlds – and I'd be excited to concoct a new one for Full Fantasy.

Finally, I want to say how meaningful it would be to direct a campaign that features women in control of their reproductive health. Campaigns like this one help make our autonomy a reality, not a fantasy.”
