SUMMARY OF ROLE
Cry is looking for an organized rockstar communicator passionate about being involved in the commercial and film production world. The Executive Assistant/Associate Producer will work directly with our lead director and co-founder, Justin Rossbacher. This person will need to run some daily operations, communications, and major next steps for current projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Administrative Assistance
write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive’s behalf
organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Project Management
primary client contact throughout all phases of production
keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, and status reports
manage communications between in-house teams and outside vendors
track project deliverables and post-production schedules
Some social media content, newsletter, & blog management

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
Stable 11 Mbps+ Internet upload speeds
3 years of professional administrative experience
3 years of professional experience in production
Ability to work independently and as part of a team remotely (Does not rely on being directed to do everything. Proactively figure out the next steps. Initiates needed communication to others on the team)
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Role could expand to a full-time salaried position
COMPENSATION
$25-35/hour for approximately 20-40 hours a week (depending on skills/expertise)
